Vintage Ring, Adjustable From Top

This was from an estate sale, it is old, it is vintage, it may have a mark or tarnish, the silver metal may not be perfect and may need to be polished. As well, it may not be in perfect condition, as this is a vintage ring. This particular ring is adjustable from the top not the bottom so it won't snag on anything. Because this is not our normal stock, we don't have any other information about this item.
This does have a Sarah Coventry stamp
